I mention in my About Me that I picked the words Coquette and Kitten to meld because they both are sexual and innocent at the same time. Why did I do this? And why point it out?

There are a few reasons -

a) I’m still very young. At twenty, I have lived what I expect to be about a quarter of my life, and I’ve only been sexually active for two, almost three years of my existence. More of my experience comes from books and blogs I’ve read than my own actual trysts! I anticipate many, many years ahead of me that involve amazing sex and, because I’m open to learning, I hope it only gets better with time.

b) In a similar vein, I haven’t tried a number of things I’d like to try. The elusive all-parties-down-for-all-acts threesome (Threesome Girl never did call me back), a group game of Onyx, one-on-one girl sex, blindfold sex/teasing, dress-up sex (I do have the most scandalous school girl skirt), office sex, sex that leaves bruises… I even want to try romantic sex (I’ll put my cards on the table and admit I’ve never ‘made love’. The Russian and I came close… very close. But it didn’t happen). So with all these things, and more, in fact, that I don’t even realize I want, I almost think of myself as prudish.

c) I hope this blog will be part of that journey. To document me going from flirtatious, naive Coquitten to Cockette Sex Kitten. It’s a high hope, but I’m going to try. I know that being in a relationship, my partners are limited, but monogamy isn’t as unsexy as everyone paints it to be. And eventually, the Firefighter and I will part ways. No, I’m not dooming the relationship, but I leave for England in July and I will be there for a year. We’ve agreed that it ends then (and good for us, because I don’t believe in long-distance and he doesn’t want me to put my life on hold for him). When I get to England, I plan on having lots of sexy, slutty, kinky, no holds barred, sticky, hot sex with a wide array of attractive partners (who will all have, I presume, delicious, cunt-melting accents).

d) Another reason I started this blog… I have never before written about sex. That’s kind of a lie, I wrote a story for a creative writing class with two sex scenes, but they weren’t the raw, vulgar, juicy, yummy bits I want to learn how to write. You may or may not be able to tell, but using words like ‘cock’ and ‘pussy’ and the like still feels very alien to me. Saying them aloud and forming them with my lips and tongue is getting steadily more comfortable, but sometimes I hesitate and I look for a fall-back term. I don’t know yet how to articulate my experiences enough to make the reader feel what I felt… but hey! I admit it! And I intend to learn, by reading more and writing more. Just like your vaginal muscles get tighter after kegels, your erotica and sex-story muscles get tighter after a number of entries.

So I won’t come to this blog and pretend I’m a Fuck Queen or a Fellatio Prodigy because I’m not. Perhaps in a year or three I can claim a title, but for now, I’m still learning. Don’t worry, though, I won’t hold back. I’m already hoping I’ll have a picture ready for HNT tomorrow. ;P
