Goodgirlnomore – It doesn’t hurt, they pierce the hood which has very few nerves. My tongue and nipple hurt SO much more. However, everyone is different, so just remember that your body may not react to the piercing as easily as mine did (though for most girls, it’s the fastest healing and least painful piercing).
As to whether or not it’s worth getting it… Yes, for me. As I mentioned, everyone is different. For some girls, it becomes annoying, and for some, it’s barely there. I only notice it when there’s activity going on and it makes for a great sensation. My piercer actually explained to me that my body is very well shaped for a vertical hood piercing, and that can make a lot of difference. If you’re interested, even remotely, call up the piercing parlor in your town which has the best reputation and ask them about it. =)
